What is the working principle of tension-free dryer euipment?
The working principle of tension-free dryer mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Hot air circulation system
Heating the air: Tension-free dryers usually use electric heating, steam heating or gas heating to heat the air to a certain temperature. The heated hot air is sent into the dryer through a fan.
Hot air circulation: Hot air forms a circulation flow inside the dryer. Hot air enters from the air inlet, passes through the surface of the fabric, removes moisture from the fabric, and then is discharged from the air outlet. Part of the exhausted hot air can be reheated by the heat recovery device and re-sent into the dryer to improve energy efficiency.
2. Tension-free conveying system
Special conveying device: In order to achieve tension-free drying, the tension-free dryer uses special conveying devices, such as mesh belts, drums or air suspension, etc. These conveying devices can ensure that the fabric is not subjected to tension during the drying process, avoiding problems such as fabric deformation and shrinkage.
Smooth conveying: The conveying device conveys the fabric through the dryer at a steady speed. The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the material, thickness and drying requirements of the fabric to ensure that the fabric has enough time to contact with the hot air during the drying process to achieve full drying.
3. Water evaporation and discharge
Moisture evaporation: When hot air touches the surface of the fabric, the heat of the hot air is transferred to the fabric, causing the moisture in the fabric to evaporate quickly. The evaporated moisture flows with the hot air.
Exhaust moisture: Hot air containing moisture is discharged from the dryer's air outlet. In order to keep the air humidity inside the dryer within a suitable range, a dehumidification device, such as a dehumidification fan, is usually installed to discharge moisture out of the dryer in a timely manner.
4. Temperature and humidity control
Temperature control: The tension-free dryer is equipped with a temperature sensor and a control system that can monitor the temperature inside the dryer in real time. According to the set drying temperature, the control system automatically adjusts the power of the heating device to ensure that the temperature inside the dryer remains within a stable range.
Humidity control: The humidity inside the dryer is monitored by a humidity sensor. When the humidity exceeds the set value, the control system will start the dehumidification device to speed up the discharge of moisture to maintain a suitable drying environment.
In summary, the tension-free dryer achieves efficient and tension-free drying of fabrics through the principles of hot air circulation, tension-free conveying, water evaporation and discharge, and temperature and humidity control.
