Polyester fabric heat setting machine

The equipment adopts imported electric control equipment, such as EL company traverse type of centering device, the German reducer motor to ensure the stability of the stenter; and pressure sensors, PLC, touch screen devices to enhance human-computer interaction, this equipment versatility, all natural fiber and synthetic fiber woven fabric, knitted fabric and warp knitted fabric processing are available.
The device set speed 5-100 m/min. The stenter can be applied to dehydration of knitted and woven fabrics, finishing, drying, baking and heat setting.
Fabric Heat Setting Process:
Vertical entry → Centering Device → 2 Rollers Padder → Manual Weft Straightener → Centering device → Operation flatform → Heat Setting Chamber → Air Cooling Device → Water Cooling device → Fabric Exit
