Air-to-Air Heat Exchange
The first method is to recover heat energy from the waste heat gas discharged from the setting machine and return it to the drying oven of the setting machine to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Making full use of the high-efficiency heat transfer performance of the heat pipe, the high-temperature waste flue gas discharged from the setting machine releases heat through the heat-absorbing side of the heat exchanger, and the heat is quickly transferred to the heat-releasing side of the heat exchanger through the heat pipe. The fresh air absorbs heat when passing through the exothermic side of the heat exchanger, and the heated fresh air is sucked into the oven by the negative pressure in the oven of the setting machine, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
Air-Water Heat Exchange
The second method is to recover heat energy from the waste heat gas discharged from the setting machine to generate hot water to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The high-temperature waste flue gas discharged from the setting machine conducts heat exchange with clean water through the heat exchanger, and the heated clean water flows into the hot water tank for production needs. The heat of the hot water is to reuse the heat energy in the waste flue gas, saving the fuel (coal, gas, etc.) or electric energy required for heating, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving.
