Machine consist of:
1. Fabric feeding frame:
- Fabric guiding system
- Fabric centering system
- Fabric spreading device
2. Fabric Padder
- Squeezing roller is manufactured from complete stainless steel with 2 squeezing roller
- One of the roller is fixed on the main frame of foulard and the other one is movable by means of pneumatic pistons horizontally.
3. Machine Entry Fabric Feeding System.
- Fabric entry unit with operator platform
- Top and bottom overfeeding rollers with separate speed and overfeeding control
- Manually controlled weft straightening unit with 2 individual opener roller.
4. Fabric pinning entry
- Fabric edge pinning system with separate right/ left speed adjustment.
- Fabric edge sensor
- Fabric pinning wheels
- Chain width control system
5. Infra Red Drying System:
- Edge of fabric is dried after glue application in order to keep the process speed constant.
6. Feeding Unit
- The feeding facility is in fact the installation preshrinkage zone.
- The feed frame is bolted onto the 1st drying chamber frame
7. Drying Chamber
- Drying chambers are 2 meters long each are located right after the feed side.
- The nozzle lateral layout and the large quantity of air allow
- The air nozzles can also be readily removed and cleaned.
- The chambers are made of strong and robust welded structural steel and their outside walls are built of special insulation panels with 100mm thickness.
8. Fabric Exit System
- Wooden stripped conveyor belt for fabric exit.
- Fabric plaiter device with inverter control system
