PROAIR is a new generation of finishing machine for continuous and open width tumbling treatment of fabrics by high power airflow. With the help with PROAIR tumble dryer, fabric can easily achieve substantial improvements on softness, bulkiness, stability and visual changes in a repeatable types.
Working Principle:
Fabric moves back and forth at very high speed, suspended and transported by air flow inside a special venturi tube, smashes against stainless steel grids repeatedly, and acquires quality improvement while discharging the accumulated kinetic energy. With temperature and humidity control, fabric benefits from tumbling treatment and acquires softness, bulkiness, stability, 3D visual effect etc.
Air Distribution:
In the treatment chamber, certain amounts of high power air flow are generated by a special designed high-efficiency centrifugal blower system, and immediately injected into the channel in alternate directions in equal time interval. The air flow transferred on the fabric is distributed evenly and constantly in width and length, which ensure uniformity of the treated fabrics.

Advantages:
1. Fabric movement is driven by air, very low tension.
2. The fabric suffer high tension start from weaving or knitting to dyeing process, special the high tension on warp yarn have bowing defect. The continuous and balancing fabric movement and hitting action can help the warp and weft yarn to return to original position.
3. Airflow speed is much higher than fabric movement speed, the high speed air current can raise up the pile on the fabric surface by continuous blowing to front and back side.
