Working principle:
PROAIR Ultra Soft Tumble Dryer is new concept of tumbling finishing. With special designed venturi tube and high efficiency blower motors, the tumble dryer can give fabric high speed suspending and transporting for fabrics.
With serval times transporting, fabric will hit the stainless steel baffle repeatedly, which help to achieve a high efficiency tumbling and drying result.

Advantages:
1. Airflow speed is much higher than fabric movement speed, the high speed air current can raise up the pile on the fabric surface by continuous blowing to front and back direction.
2. Fabric hit the s/s fence driven by high speed air current, much better tumbling effect compare with the traditional tumbling.
3. Drying and tumbling process by PROAIR, the front and back fabric movement and strong hitting on the s/s fence, it will cause the fabric achieve extra bulkiness and super soft hand feel.

1. Q:Can the machine be customized as our need?
A: After confirm the requirement we shall design the machine accordingly. All of the machine shall as per customer requirement and shall offer a right model to customer.
2. Q:As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won’t be broken?
A: Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container.,
3. Q: May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?
A: Our company accept the payment terms: 30% T/T as deposit, balance 70% by T/T before shipment. Or balance 70% by irrevocable L/C at sight.
