④ The quality inspection department should order the dyed fabric according to the requirements of a, B and C, so that the embryo can be put in according to the customer's requirements.

① The setting temperature was 160 ℃ - 180 ℃, and the speed was 20 M-25 M / min.
② The setting temperature has great influence on the color, especially purple, pink blue, etc., so we should pay attention to whether the color after setting is the same as that before setting.
③ Nylon fabric thickness shrinkage is also different.
④ Nylon fabric shaping is easy to hook, if there is a hook yarn to the end, stop the machine immediately, check the machine head, tail, bellows, roller, sandpaper or pad. (such as silk stockings, mesh).
