How does the towel dryer work?

Jan 02, 2019

A towel dryer is one of the washing and dewatering machines, which are usually used to remove moisture from skirts and other textiles after washing. Most of the roasters cover a rotating drum that is driven by a belt with hot air around the drum to evaporate nutrients.

The towel dryer relies on the suction of the exhaust fan to heat the hot air through the heat exchanger, and then the rotating inner cylinder continuously flips the heat exchange of the baked goods, so that the nutrients contained in the fabric are heated and the gas is discharged to the outside of the machine. The goal of baking clothes in the blink of an eye.

Machine structure

(1) The fabric of the towel dryer is initially learned to be larger, and the fabric is convenient to be taken, and is provided with transparent safety glass, which can be used to look at the inside and inside of the fabric.

(2) The heat exchange of the towel dryer is considered to be suitable and is made of red copper or aluminum material, which has fast baking, high heat rate and low energy consumption.

(3) The structure of the towel dryer is a cabinet type, which has a compact structure and can be installed in a narrow place. The inner tube is made of stainless steel plate as it is suitable, and the combination is not easy to use.

(4) The tanning circuit for rotating the inner cylinder is considered to be appropriate and electronically controlled. In the office, the semi-automatic cycle is repeated in accordance with the order of 'forward-stop-reverse-stop', and there is timing control.
