4. The shrinkage rate of cotton is very large. When setting, the tension of cloth feeding should be reduced, the pressure of pressing should be increased, the cloth should be pressed dry, the hot air fan should be opened to the maximum, and the machine speed should be slowed down, which can reduce the shrinkage rate. If the customer demands high, shrinkage test should be carried out.
5. If the customer requests that the cloth surface should not be twisted, the twill pattern must be set.
