Stenter Components:
1. Fabric entry: Guide roller can help the fabric edge open and adjust to right position.
2. Centering device: adjust the fabric and keep the fabric running in the center area of guide roller.
3. Padder: Chemical finishing and water removing .
4. Tension transmitter: control the fabric tension between padder and rails.
5. Weft straightener: adjust the fabric warp and weft direction
6. Touch screen controller: control the whole machine running speed, temperature, width etc.
7. Stenter entry section and overfeed system
8. Selvedge uncurler & tracing device: selvedge opening and tracing the selvedge
9. Pin & rail: drive the fabric into chamber by pins.
10. Hot air circulation chamber: pin or clip drive the fabric into chamber for heat setting process
11. Width adjustor: each 2 chambers have width adjustor device
12. Exhaust system: 2 high efficiency exhaust motor can drain the moisture to outside efficiency.
13. Cooling device: including air cooling and cooling cylinder.
14. Selvedge cutting: after fabric exit of chamber, selvedge cutting device will cut the fabric edge
15. Fabric exit: Including plaiter and batching device.
