1. Uneven pinning (referring to the pin width on the edge of the fabric is different, the width is > 10CM)


Causes:

1. The pin plate screw is loose and the needle plate is askew.

2. Probe failure, screw wear correction time lag,

3. Pin-plate chain is not flexible

 

Solve measures:

1. Adjust needle plate position, tighten screw and repair edge detector to make it flexible and correct lag.

2. Strengthen the clean lubrication between chain pin and sleeve, sleeve and ball

 

2. Pin hole


Causes:

1. Excessive expansion causes damage to selvage fibers.

2. Proportional maladjustment of stretching of flat plate of pin-chain track

3. Bending needle on needle board, broken needle

 

Solve measures:

1. Adjust the extension to a reasonable extent, not stretching hard

2. Correcting the ratio of the stretch of the track slab

3. Replacement of needle plate with bending needle and broken needle

 

3. Door width is not technically required.


Causes:

1. Door width pointer does not conform to reality

2. Damage of AM screw results in inconsistency between pointer and actual gate width.

3. The front, middle and rear AM clutch does not fit tightly, which causes the door to move back automatically and makes the door not accurate.


Solve measures:

1. Correct the pointer to the standard gate width

2. Inspection and repair of AM screw

3. Check and repair AM clutch

 

4. Skewing

 

Causes:

1. The number of pins on both sides of the running track is different, which makes the weft yarns on both sides of the fabric uneven.

2. The pin wear of needle chain sleeve is different, which makes the actual running length of both sides different.

3. Speed of brush active roll is different when Overfeeding

4. The uneven pressure or ability on both sides of the overfeeding roll results in uneven warp tension on both sides of the fabric.

 

Solve measures:

1. The number of pins on both sides of the track must be the same.

2. Replacement of worn sleeves and pins in time

3. The speed of brush and overfeeding roll must be controlled in the same way. If necessary, the motor should be replaced, and the dry humidity on both sides of the fabric must be the same before shaping.

 

5. Pin-plate mark (referring to the pin-plate strip after dyeing)

 

Causes:

1. The unevenness between pin and plate

2. Pin-Tan Chain is not flexible in rotation or too loose in chain

3. The pressing cloth of the upper needle brush is too tight, so that the fabric is close to the bottom of the needle board, the hot air circulation is not smooth, and there is a temperature difference between the two sides.


Solve measures:

1. Flatten the uneven stenter pin plate and the needle bar with Mica pad to make the needle plate turn into a straight line, keep the chain roller lubricated, rotate flexibly and tighten appropriately, and make the needle plate converge into a straight line.

3. Adjust the position of the brush so that it touches the short needle.

4. Preheat the pin-plate chain to the process temperature and then start up with cloth.

 

6. Moonside or lotus leaf side


Causes:

1. Broken or worn parts of pin plate

2. Abrasion or groove of upper pin brush

3. Neighbouring pin boards are uneven, so that the pin boards are not deep in the lower part of the pin boards. When the tension is extended, the pin boards slide out of the pin boards.

 

Solve measures:

1. Replacement of broken pin or damaged stenter pin plates

2. Replacement of worn top pin brushes

3. Correct the stenter pin plate to make the upper and lower levels high and low.
