What are the daily maintenance tasks of Stenter Machine for Silk Fabric?
The daily maintenance of silk fabric setting machine mainly includes the following points:
1. Cleaning
After finishing work every day, clean the dust and debris on the surface of the setting machine to keep the appearance of the equipment clean and tidy. You can use a clean damp cloth or a soft brush to wipe it. Be careful not to use sharp or rough tools to avoid scratching the surface of the equipment.
Regularly clean the dust and debris in key areas such as the fabric inlet, fabric outlet, heating device, and stretching device. These areas are prone to accumulate silk fabric fibers and dust. If not cleaned in time, it will affect the performance and shaping effect of the equipment. You can use compressed air, a vacuum cleaner, or special tools to clean them.
Clean the environment around the equipment and keep the working area clean and tidy. Prevent dust and debris from entering the equipment and affecting its normal operation.
2. Inspection
Before starting the machine every day, check whether all parts of the setting machine are loose, worn or damaged, including transmission parts such as bolts, nuts, chains, belts, gears, and key parts such as needle plates, cloth clips, heating tubes, and fans. If any problems are found, tighten, replace or repair them in time.
Check whether the electrical system is firmly connected and whether the wires are damaged or aged. Ensure that the motor, controller, sensor and other equipment are operating normally. If an electrical fault is found, notify a professional for repair in time.
Check whether the pressure of the hydraulic system and pneumatic system is normal, whether there is leakage in the pipeline, etc. If a hydraulic or pneumatic system failure is found, repair it or replace the seal in time.
Check whether the temperature control system of the setting machine is accurate. Use a thermometer or temperature sensor to check whether the temperature of the heating device is consistent with the set temperature. If the temperature deviation is large, adjust the temperature controller in time or check whether the heating element is damaged.
3. Lubrication
Lubricate the transmission parts of the setting machine regularly according to the requirements of the equipment manual. Select the appropriate lubricant and add or replace it according to the prescribed time and method. For example, use lubricating oil or grease to lubricate the chain, belt, gear and other parts to reduce wear and friction.
Check the working status of the lubrication system to ensure that the lubricant can be delivered to each lubrication point normally. Clean the impurities and dirt in the lubrication system to prevent blockage and affect the lubrication effect.
4. Replace wearing parts
According to the use of the equipment and the manufacturer's recommendations, the wearing parts of the setting machine should be replaced regularly. Wearing parts include needle plates, cloth clips, heating tubes, fan blades, seals, etc. Timely replacement of wearing parts can avoid equipment failures caused by component damage and extend the service life of the equipment.
When replacing wearing parts, choose products with reliable quality and stable performance. Make sure the specifications and models of wearing parts match the setting machine to ensure the normal operation of the fabric setting machinery equipment.
