SUNWIN JTD Series Relax Dryer is working under wet conditions to process the drying processes, to avoid the casement fabrics been stretched in weft or warp direction. With the help of nozzles design fabric will be fully relaxed in normal drying status.

1. Touch screen controller based on humanized principles and combined with manager with management design requirement.
2. The fabric entry device is adopt of conveyor belt transporting system, to let the fabric passing in complete relaxing status to precede the overfeeding and in-feeding functions.
3. Each conveyor belt of heating exchanger is adopted of automatic modulating driven system, each conveyor belt can be adjusted individually.
4. By virtue of humanized pneumatic control, easy to operate and smooth looking.
5. The nozzles is adopt of upper and down interchange arrangement, ensure the fabric in tumble movement operation, fabric in relaxed condition to reach the maximum vibration and drying efficiency, also in optimal shrinkage rate.
